Pay: Kent Range KR6 (£20,585, actual salary£15,760.55) Start Date: 19th April 2021 Contract: Permanent, Term Time only Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: Kent Range KR6 (£20,585, actual salary£15,760.55 based on working 39 weeks a year) We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, positiveand committed Pastoral Support Assistant to join our highly regarded Inclusionsupport team within the school. The successful candidate will work with ourwell-established Inclusion team and will be responsible for supporting theHeads of Year to achieve high-quality pastoral care of students, enablingstudents to achieve the highest standards of learning and ensuring that thestudents are successful, confident and happy. They will also offer medicalsupport, act as DDSL within the school and provide administrative support inmeeting the welfare and pastoral needs of students. They will need excellenttime management, strong verbal and written communication skills and the abilityto prioritise duties; they will also need to work on their own initiativewhilst working part of a wider team.
