Brief Outline • An industry leading company in the passive fire protection market requires a Contracts Manager to oversee various projects, largely in the commercial and residential sectors within the London and South East region on a permanent basis, offering a competitive package and the potential to progress to a more senior position within the company's operations team in the future.• The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in the project and its progress.About our Client• The client has been active in the passive fire protection sector for over 20 years with an established client base and consistent work across the South East. About the Role • To ensure that the company complies with contractual obligations in accordance with clients' requirements, in the most cost/time effective manner, while still achieving the required high standards in respect of safety and quality.• To oversees Site Managers, Supervisors, H&S representatives and associated administrative staff across multiple sites to achieve the above objectives.
