Part Time - Multi Trade Handyman

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:My client is recruiting for a part-time multi skilled Site Technician reporting to the Head Office Team in Leeds and the on-site Concierge team in Bracknell.Reporting directly to the Asset Manager and working collaboratively with the onsite Concierges you will ensure that residents have the best rental experience and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service.You will be working around 27 hours per week. 3 days a week that is Monday, Wednesday & Friday and the role is offering a salary of £15,000Main Responsibilities/Duties Include: * Painting & Decorating * Carpentry * Joinery * Tiling * Plastering * Basic electric * Basic plumbing * Gardening * Tech-savvy for effective communication with the wider team * IOSH certification/H&S awarenessStyle and Skills: * Good attitude, time keeping and excellent communication skills * Able to communicate with clients and residents in professional manner * Flexibility * Reliable and trustworthy character * Have their own transport and a valid UK license
