A boutique family firm, which is first tier in both Chambers and the Legal 500, is looking to hire a part-time family solicitor for its South Bucks-based office. The ideal family solicitor will have between 4-7 years PQE and will be able to demonstrate a track record of providing a bespoke and tailored family service to medium and high-net-worth clients. You should be able to deal with all the key areas of private family law, including divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation work including Schedule 1 applications. Ideally you will have experience of promoting a firm’s services and will be able to assist with supervising junior lawyers. The firm can offer a generous salary and could accommodate a candidate looking to work less than 5 days per week.
