Operations Manager - Fire Protection

My client is one of the UK leaders in fire protection (fire door installation & passive fire protection). They are a very successful and established business, and they have delivered some excellent financial results with some exciting year on year growth forecast for the new financial year.Due to the growth they are experiencing, a new opportunity has been created for a Operations Manager to be based in Bristol. You will be responsible for overseeing contracts managers, supervisors and operatives for works across the South West. This growth will result in excellent career opportunities and financial reward.The company likes to put their staff first - they work to live as opposed to working all hours of the day, invest in training their staff through CPD, and have excellent engagement with their staff.To be considered for the role, you should currently be in a similar role elsewhere with experience of managing fire protection contracts.
