You will work as part of a highly motivated 24/7 teamresponsible for the monitoring of RESownedand managed renewable energy assets, as well as safe and efficient control andcoordination of work carried out by technical and engineering teams. You will contributeto the maintenance and development of Control Centre systems and processes requiredto fulfil your operational control duties. You will be a dedicated team player withhigh standards and attention to detail, motivated to deliver a first class OperationalControl service.The Operational Controller will monitor renewable energyassets and escalate technical issues to ensure a rapid response and maintain assetavailability levels. You willco-ordinate Asset Managers, Site Manager, Contractors and other peopleattending site to ensure works are controlled and implemented in accordancewith the agreed standards of quality and safety.Key AccountabilitiesThe operational controller will:Monitor & Control assets via SCADA SystemsManage Day-to-Day Work Control utilising Safe SystemsOf WorkManage site access, Lone working, Emergency responseand Incident reporting ProcessesInterface with DNO regarding grid outages andcurtailmentsProduce and maintain Control Centre proceduresAdminister system dataProduce production and performance reportsKnowledgeHigh standards of HSQE management andawarenessAwareness of Work Control or access control process would be a considerable advantageExperience of Control Centre systems would be aconsiderable advantageSkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to focus attention for long periods and work under pressure in a control room environment MS Office skills to intermediate levelAbility to write and work to strict operationalproceduresExperience & QualificationsExperience in use of Risk Assessments within Permit based workwould be a considerable advantageSCADA experience would be a considerable advantageCMMS Experience would be a considerable advantageExperience working within industrial, production orinbound call handling facilitiesH&S; qualification would be a considerableadvantageOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to allemployees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color,religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.#LI-SS1
