Job Details Pertemps have partnered with a family owned, matket eading roduction company, based in Somerset.The company themselves manufacture playgrounds, and they are looking to add to their existing team by bring onboard someone to work in their office.Though the job title is Office Administrator, the role is varied and encompasses a number of different aspects.If you have experience in office administration, with strong computer skills I am keen to have a conversation you in regards to what the client is looking for.Ultimately, the fit of the candidate in the business is the most important thing- they are a small yet stable company, that is growing organically. The role will include:General office dutiesLiaising with suppliers and couriers/ logistics companiesThe use of Apple Mac computers, for design of productsOrganising shipmentsThis is a really diverse role- the client is looking for someone that is willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into making a difference to the company.This is a family run company, and therefore the environment is professional, yet friendly. You will be working in a compact yet functional office, with great facilities on their private land. The yard, production facility, offices and storage are all on one site. Parking is off road in a gated yard.The client is looking for someone to start off on 3 days per week, and as the role develops and grows, move to a 5 day per week role. Tuesday's are a must, due to business need, however other days are flexible.
