Office Administration Apprenticeship

We have impressive growth plans over the next 3-5 years and are continuing to invest in our teams to achieve this growth.We are now offering a great opportunity for an aspiring Business Admin student who wants to develop their knowledge and experience across a highly commercial business with scope across the EMEA region. We are offering an apprenticeship role to learn and develop new skills in the area of Office/Business Administration. This is a broad role covering multiple different areas of our business, supporting a number of our teams and their general day to day work activities. The role will include carrying out a number of general administration tasks, maintaining files, creating documents and co-ordinating some of our projects. You will also get involved in some of our Health & Safety/Wellbeing activities.You will be trained in many areas of our business, gaining valuable work experience, whilst also studying towards an appropriate qualification through our college partners. We are ideally seeking someone who has already studied or finishing A level studies, preferably in related subjects such as Business, Economics, Maths and English. You should also have a good general knowledge of using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint. You will also be comfortable on the telephone and have a confident approach when dealing with people both on the phone and face to face.This role is based in our new modern offices in the Northumberland Business Park, Cramlington, which has excellent transport links and local amenities.
