NDT Quality Inspector required to join a growing yet established engineering business in Huddersfield. In this role you will be required to inspect incoming Material and approve certification and check against the relevant standards. The candidate will must ensure full traceability for the parts, materials and components. DAILY DUTIES:Determine if product or part is in conformance with specifications.Mark items for acceptance or rejection.Confer with procurement about inspection results.Identify non-conforming material/product and take appropriate action.Ensure that materials supplied by contractors and producers meet standards and comply with specifications.Effective daily use of site systems including SAP or other MRP systems.Ensure all reports, daily checks and documentation are completed accurately, in a timely manner and non-conformances are reported and actioned on a daily basis.
