Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Wolverhampton £30k to £35k + shift allowance + good benefitsThe Company With a reach covering the whole of the globe, my client manufactures luxury products with quality and functionality at the forefront of everything they do. Due to an enviable order book and sustainable future business, they are now looking to strengthen their team with a suitably experienced and qualified Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer from an engineering manufacture background, to join their Wolverhampton operation.Please be aware that although training will be on Days, this role requires working permanent 1.30pm to 10.00pm shift Mon to Fri. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to these hoursIt's also necessary to live within a reasonable commute of the Wolverhampton operation, as we are not looking for those that would need to relocate.The Role Supporting all manufacturing and associated departments with maintenance issues/ concerns.Providing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance within a varied shop floorTypical equipment includes, machining centres (CNC), lathes, drills, associated PLC and controls, metal working and metal bending manufacturing equipment and similar.Organising for the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment and liaising with Team Leaders and those impacted by the work.Managing and recording activities in order to spot trends.Making recommendations about ways to improve efficiency and reducing costs.Cultivating cooperation and communication within production team and other departmentsEnsure Health & Safety rules are always followed.Maintain a clean, safe working environment and good housekeeping standards and ensure 5S standards are maintained.Assist with other reports as and when required.The Ideal Person This is obviously an important role within an established and successful brand, as such there are certain needs to be met in order to be considered:Experienced MULTISKILLED Maintenance professional from a manufacturing background (60% Elec / 40% Mech or similar)Relevant vocational qualifications (minimum level III) and substantial experienceCurrent 18th EditionExperienced within compliance and standard procedures within a manufacturing environment.Proven PPM experience (Planned & Preventative Maintenance)Experience with working with maintenance plans / schedules / records and ensuring these are frequently updated.People Person who is compassionate and has the ability to work within a varied and diverse workforce.Happy to work 1.30pm to 10.00pm Monday to Friday.The Rewards This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader and all the career benefits this offersGood base hourly rate based on experience.Monday to Friday role with shift upliftPaid overtime.Good company pensionGood paid holiday allowanceOther good benefits expected from a large, established, and successful company
