This is a permanent position from day one paying £27,000 - £30,000 + overtime, travel and callout pay. A company van is provided from day one The duties of the Multi Trade Maintenance Operative will include driving to various sites in the Midlands to repair any defects within the buildings. This will include - Carpentry- Plumbing- Patch Plastering- Other General Maintenance The ideal Multi Trade Maintenance Operative will have: - CSCS Card- Full UK Driving Licence (a company van will be provided from day one)- A DBS check (Niyaa People can assist you with this)- Experience with Reactive Maintenance contracts before And in return, the Multi Trade Maintenance Operative will receive: - £27,000 - £30,000 annual salary- Company Van and Fuel Card- Pay after the first half hour of travel to and from site- Overtime and Weekend work if desired- Call Out Rotas if desired
