Our Opportunity Doppo by Zurich becomes a new Insurtech digital initiative in Spain where we are putting together a dynamic and innovative team of insurance and technology experts. The goal is to offer to the Spanish clients a complete new digital insurance experience. The initiative is set-up as a start-up company under the Zurich umbrella and will operate with a very lean hierarchy and fast decision processes and will offer candidates a unique chance to be part of a highly innovative journey. Your role We are currently expanding our Product Team to follow up the quick growth we are experiencing. Our idea is to find a Senior Product Owner which has a broad Insurance experience working with several regions within Product / Platform roles.We’re expecting not only an outstanding delivery but also someone who anticipates the necessities and the challenges we will face to keep on top of the market. Plan and prioritize backlog and development for the product Deliver amazing features by writing user stories and requirements Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on Define product vision and growth opportunities Assess value, develop cases and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy Provide backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories Measure and definition of Product KPIs Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities Your Skills and Experience Several years of experience in a Product Owner / Manager role within an Insurance or Insurtech context Hands-on experience on managing all stages of a digital product life cycle Experience working in a fast-paced, distributed digital environment Evidence of successfully driving a full end-to-end product lifecycle in an agile environment Ideally, experience working with Real-Time Data Apps Used to work in fast-growing tech environments within Agile framework Problem Solving, Target oriented, Analytic mindset Professional English level Conversational Spanish desirable
