Your responsibilities are;Conducting high-quality calls to customers providing regulated advise.Referrals to both external and internal to preferred partners when the mortgage is not an option.Achieve and exceed KPIs set to the regulated framework.Sell a range of products through outbound sales.What you will needWhat you will need to succeed in your new role is to be CeMAP qualified or studying CeMAP. Experience of working in a regulated environment.
