Mobile Air Conditioning/HVAC Engineer – Crawley- £36,000 + vehicleAn Excellent opportunity is available for an Air Conditioning Engineer at a leading service provider where you will benefit from excellent training and developmentThe company have a number of large contracts with commercial clients and are now looking for an air conditioning engineer to join their team.In this role you will be responsible for servicing, maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning units across a commercial portfolio of corporate office environmentsAs a Mobile Engineer you will cover Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Hampshire area although all engineers will be located as close to home as possibleThe Role: Responsible on day to day basis for all aspects of but not limited to, maintenance regime, reactive and PPM, compliance.Managing onsite facilities team and third party sub-contractors ensuring they complete tasks on time and safely to required standardsTo allocate work and completion using the CAFM systemCarry out planned and reactive maintenance on air handling, air conditioning systems and chillersDiagnose faults on various air conditioning, heat pumps, refrigeration or air handling systems and carry out necessary remedial repairsSound fault-finding skills on all forms of Air Conditioning, including Chillers (Recip, Screw etc), Splits, VRF and Refrigeration PlantCarry out installation of air conditioning systems from time to time Successful applicants must have the following: F-gas Category 1Apprentice Trained or NVQ/City & Guilds Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Level 1, 2Excellent knowledge of AC and associated plant, such as Fans, controls, pumps, pipework,Previous Mobile experienceExperience as an air conditioning engineer If this role is of some interest please get in touch on 0207 397 5303 or 07818232048 to discuss
