Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor - Coventry - Perm - Up to £30k Your new company You will be working as Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor across a large public sector estate in Coventry. Your new role As Mechanical Supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision of the mechanical and plumbing services and both the internal team and external contractors, to ensure statutory, planned and reactive maintenance is provided to the entire estate. This will include the operations and maintenance of a wide variety of complex equipment throughout the Estate such as environmental systems, lifts, heating, and ventilation equipment. What you'll need to succeed You must hold a Mechanical trades qualification - minimum City and Guilds, ideally a HNC, as well as experience completing building services maintenance, and an understanding of HVAC systems. You must be confident in supporting and managing others. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of up to £30000.
