My client are a large construction and maintenance company who are seeking an experienced AC bias mechanical engineer to join a large maintenance team at an industrial site in Milton Keynes, This is a 4 on 4 off day role working 7:00am - 7:00pm.Package will include:Competitive SalaryPensionOTHolidayTraining and developmentThe role will be responsible for:Carry out a range of maintenance tasks in accordance with SFG 20 specifications and HSE regulations in the delivery of :Air Conditioning systems & Small chillers across the siteMinor mechanical Installation works Provide regular briefing to the Site Managers on progress against plan or program. Utilise the BMS as a tool in controlling and monitoring mechanical plantEnsures compliance with all contractual, F Gas requirements for all areas of responsibility along with waste management.Become the waste champion for the site.Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad.Review all documentation, reports and service sheets when required for accuracy prior to onward issue. Liaise with Vinci & Client staff as and when required during the coordination of planned and reactive activities.Maintain all records associated with delivering the service ensuring faults are repaired in accordance with the contract requirements Participate in the On Call processStep up to help out with Contractor Control management when required.Participate in a shift rota 4 days on, 4 days off 07:00 to 19:00 with a 1 hour lunch break.Works to be carried out with diligence, competence and in a manner that ensures customer expectations are met at all times.The Ideal candidate will need:NVQ or City and guilds equivalent in Air conditioning Fgas 2079/2078Experience working in Large commercial environmentsIPAF / PASMACSCS cardResourcing Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
