We strive to create a better world through education and value passionate tutors that share the same passion.This is an exciting job opportunity where you’ll join our team as a permanent, full time Maths and Engineering Tutor. Teaching small-medium classes (15-20 students) of international students studying on our Level 3 Foundation, Level 4 International Year One and Level 6 Pre-Masters programmes, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an autonomous environment where student-centred, innovative, lessons are encouraged. We are currently offering blended teaching, however you will need to be local to Liverpool as face to face teaching will be required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn this job, you'll deliver modules which prepares students for their journey into UK Higher Education. In your role, you can contribute to the development of materials and formative assessment. This job requires you to have contact with external stakeholders including link tutors at the University and external examiners.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSEssentialYou will be a student centred tutor, with experience teaching Maths and Engineering to a minimum of Level 6Thorough subject knowledge of Maths and EngineeringA Master’s Degree in a related field A Cert Ed, PCET or PGCE teaching qualification (working towards, or willingness to achieve)DesirableExperience of teaching International StudentsExperience of supporting students in a pastoral role Experience of developing teaching and learning through digital learning ABOUT USWe are a global pathway provider in International Education, working collaboratively with a number of Top Tier Universities.
