SPECIFIC ELEMENTS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS General routine maintenance Repairs heating/air condition equipment. Repairs control/circuits. Repairs refrigeration equipment. Performs water treatment on cooling and heating systems. Performs PMI'S on HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Performs filter operation checks and replacement. Performs assigned area sweeps and special projects as required. QualificationsEducation & Qualifications: Required: 3+ years of experience working on instillation and repair of HVAC Preferred: Hospital experience Required -High school graduate or GED Preferred -Trade school on HVAC systems/Certified CFC requirements.
