Your new company A leading UK Law firm in Belfast are recruiting for a capable litigation solicitor to join their pre-eminent Litigation team. They will consider applicants from a range of litigation background including general practice litigation, civil litigation and defence litigation. The team are top ranked and focus on defending claims and advising on policy cover on behalf of their insurance company and corporate clients and represent a range of insurance companies, self-insured organisations, brokers, loss adjusters and public bodies. Your new role In your new role you will form an integral part of a high performance Defence Litigation team that specialise and handle, high level, complex cases, involving a broad range of defence claims, such as catastrophic injuries and loss, occupational disease and professional liability, some of which may be multi-jurisdictional in nature, across a broad scope of client’s What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Solicitor in NI, Eng & Wales or the ROI and have at least 1.5 YRs + litigation experience in a civil litigation position, general practice litigation position or defence litigation position. Possess an ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader team. Experience of managing you own caseload.
