We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation in their search for a Laser Operator to work in their factory in TelfordThe successful candidate will hold the following responsibilities and duties:Setting, operating laser machines.Working as an individual and part of a small laser teamWorking to production targets in a lean manufacturing environmentTo complete production documentationThe ideal candidate will hold the following skills and/or experience:Setting and operating laser machines within the last two yearsWorking with aluminium, stainless and mild steel is essentialWorking within a high volume, fast production environmentAbility to work to engineering drawings is preferred but not essentialThis position is based on a permanent afternoon shift of Monday to Thursday 2pm – 10pm Friday 12pm – 6pmIn return, the Laser Operator will receive a salary of £10.50 per hour.This position is temporary leading to permanent after a successful probationary period of 13 weeks.Please Click APPLY
