Greenhouse is a social enterprise using landscaping as a way to encourage, mentor and build up people who have considerable barriers to paid work. We are mostly funded by customers paying for our garden work. We are looking for someone to run a second site team.  The post-holder will be responsible for running Landscaping jobs of various sizes, mostly in residential settings.After a few months training, the post-holder will be responsible for all on-site aspects of jobs, including managing a team of up to 2 labourers. This will be supported by the Project Coordinator who will be responsible for getting materials to site. This will involve training and supporting the on-site team. The post-holder will need to be passionate about achieving Greenhouse's vision of providing mentoring, self-worth and employablity skills to adults who are long term unemployed.We are looking for someone who can work 3 days per week, but if we don't find anyone suitable we will consider employing someone full time.
