Due to continued growth MacLennan is seeking a Junior Surveyor to train in Structural Waterproofing to join their growing team.The role of a Junior Structural Waterproofing Surveyor is to help design structural waterproofing solutions below ground level and to recommend design solutions. This will in time involve undertaking site inspections, quoting & designing necessary specifications for Basement Waterproofing and producing detailed proposal reports to present to Architects, engineers and clients.Due to the specialist nature of the work there are opportunities for quick advancement for the right candidates.Training for all the specific business requirements will be provided on the job and the initial role will involve detailed CAD support for the Surveying Team as experience is gained over time. Eventually undertaking a CSSW course to gain qualification to be a specialist waterproofing surveyor with the support of the company.The successful Junior Structural Waterproofing Surveyor, will possess: * High Level CAD qualification as a minimum * Full UK driving license * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Will live within easy driving distance of Salisbury or able to work remotely from home.Recommended Research before applying * Understand basic aspects of BS(Apply online only) * Basic knowledge of the construction of basements
