Junior Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager in Coventry who has ideally had experience within Adult Social care. You will report to the Head of Strategic commissioning and be required to deliver the development of a purpose-built health care facility from phase 1 to phase 4. The role is for a fixed period of two years, offering the appointed candidate an opportunity to be a central part of leading on a forwarding think project and multiple internal and external stakeholders.Your responsibilities * Supporting the Project Director with strategic project leadership to deliver the common project objectives and vision. * All aspects of day-to-day project leadership management (including programme, budget, regular reporting, logistics, etc) * To apply sector experience to the project, contributing to the 'best in class' nature of this project * Engagement and coordination of multiple discipline client teams, both internal and external, to deliver the common project objectives and vision * Engagement and coordination of suppliers including negotiation as appropriateWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? To be successful in this role you will need the following skills, knowledge and experience. * To be able to manage a high level of conflicting priorities * Knowledge of the Government's key legislation for Public Sector social care, including health, housing and social care * Experience of successful partnership working with a wide range of stakeholders, multi-disciplinary teams, agencies and providers. * Leadership and strategic thinking to deliver change and continuous improvement within agreed resources and timescales * Proven presentation skills with experience of compiling and writing reports and presenting findings to various audiences * Ability to travel effectively throughout the County.
