Interim Reward Specialist

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on behalf of one of our Sheffield based clients to identify a Reward Specialist for a short-term contract of 1-3 months, working remotely. The role will focus on reviewing the organisation's current pay structures and salary points and making recommendations for streamlining salaries within the business. Additionally the role will manage and oversee the review of the pay review processes, encompassing job evaluation and sizing, grading structures and job families, and benchmarking. As well as reviewing the overall Reward offering, collating information from stakeholders across the organisation and reporting on recommendations for change. Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences: *Extensive experience of reviewing pay structures *Experience of job evaluation - ideally Hay *Advanced excel skills *Ideally Worked in a reward specialist capacity but could come from a HR Generalist background with exposure to the Reward agenda. *Market knowledge of reward and benefit offerings as well as market forces influencing pay rates *Ability to communicate and influence across all levels with all level of stakeholder If you're immediately available for a short- term project and can work remotely please get in touch.
