Interim positions are required to help work through a capital works backlog.If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.Experience in Estates Management or Maintenance, ideally with IOSH or NEBOSH and with Electrical or Mechanical qualifications.Client Details Public Sector organisation.Description Supporting the delivery of the Estates capital backlog programme Where necessary provide technical support and consultation to enable the delivery of various Capital development projects across the Estate Provide direct support to the Operational Estates Manager in the investigation and technical resolution of reactionary operational issues.Profile Ideally degree qualified in either a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline Ideally have healthcare experience Ideally hold some form of health and safety qualification (e.g.IOSH or NEBOSH) Experienced in managing contractors (from pre-job start, to implementation/ commissioning and ultimately through to final acceptance and project closure) Have well developed skills (hard and soft) in the co-ordination and delivery of technical projects (including budget management/ control) A good communicator in both verbal and written form Job Offer Interim assignment.Immediate starts
