Purpose of job : - Manage all P0/P1/P2 methods PTM & Engineering eng. from platform core team : Load, Hiring, project hours, team training ... - Manage platform coordinators located in LSP plants to ensure consistency of quotations, of process standardization and to capitalize LLC from plants. - Manage technical survey and process innovation conducting to industrial roadmap definition through PDP & MTP2 - Manage innovation activities in industrial field with P2 team - Coordinate and validate any quotation within platform scope to ensure consistency of cost and optimization of capex/ capacity within LSP plants - Create & Sustain RAISE standard of specifics process related to platform : PFMEA, Process Rules, Standard process portal, Quotation database, generics MOST, standard process specifications… - Is responsible with engineering team of new standard industrial equipments definition, global sourcing and development for all plants of LSP product line - Animate LSP platform industrial weekly meeting with all industrial & RAISE platform network & coordinators. - Participate to LSP industrial meeting on weekly basis and share all LLC / Best practices with LSP indus network : up>down & down>up informations spreading - Is responsible of process or equipments development and ensure cost / timing readiness & project milestones - Manage capacity activities & optimize asset reusing within LSP plants to reduce capex - Coordinate MTP2 activity for platform scope with industrial plant managers - Manage design to manufacturing & design to cost activities through management commities (=100% attendance) : PSC-PMC / PLC with plants / QRQC platform - Bring expertise to production plants & support them in problem solving, C/T / TRP improvementContract : Long term contract Experience required : >3Y in industrial/ methods management position (automotive exp preferred) Language : Fluent French and English mandatory, Spanish is a must Location : Several worldwide business trips <30% of time
