IFA Client support

Eden Scott are excited to be working with an established Independent Financial Planning firm with several offices across Scotland in their search for a driven and ambitious IFA Administrator to join their busy team in Troon, providing full administrative support to the advisers and Paraplanners in the office.(please note that this role could initially involve working remotely from home).  The successful individual shall be tasked with;Day to day administration of client pensions and investments holdings e.g.submitting new business applications, processing fund switches etc.Liaising with product providers to gather informationPreparing client correspondence informationCollating client reviews and meetings on behalf of the advisersNavigating various provider platforms and updating client information on the in-house database. The ideal candidate shall have a strong knowledge of pensions and investment products with the ability to manage their own workloads whilst working as part of a small team of professional.A minimum of 1 year experience working within a wealth management or IFA firm is desired. You should be a confident user of Microsoft packages e.g.Outlook, Excel and Word where progress through industry exams would be highly advantageous but are not a desire. In return, our client offer a competitive salary with the chance to be part of a friendly and professional team as they continue to grow. If you would like to know more or note your interest, please click apply now.
