HR Cross Functional Architecture Manager

DescriptionRole: HR Cross Functional Architecture ManagerLocation: Newbury You will provide expert knowledge, designing and leading the implementation of solution and application architecture (e.g. for a particular platform/business capability/user journey) according to the overall vision and target architecture. The Cross functional Architecture Manager focusses upon conducting technical analysis enabling the translation of the technical vision into a holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain integrations (APIs), and technical enablers/stories. You will play a key role in the Future Ready HR program, coordinating and influencing colleagues in shaping the HR Systems evolution and creation of new opportunities. This journey will include to assess/initiate/solution/drive initiatives related to innovative aspect in the HR space. He will have an holistic approach and will consider several aspect of the potential solution: business and technical requirement, enterprise architecture & integrations, IT technical delivery, data migration complexities, process transformation & change, services enablement With us you will:-Be accountable for ensuring technical consistency across the HR functional areas (Core HR process and Integrated Talent processes) and among HR and the other areas ( FIN, SCM, Reporting and analytics)-Assist and advise on the target architecture vision, evaluating and prioritizing roadmap items and translating them into designs, changes and non-functional requirements -Represent HR Architecture towards Business functions, System Integrators, HR Programme Projects and current Live Markets solutions-Manage the cross functional review of requirements covering HR processes, touchpoints with other non HR functions, areas as reporting, analytics, security, audit and compliance-Manage the validation process for business and technical requirements and related business case/budget definition -Review and approval of Global/Local Technical Enterprise Architecture, including further integrations & data migration approach-Responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art reusable solutions, implement new technologies to drive global scalability, revenues and cost efficiencies throughout Vodafone Group-Key contributor for the innovation of HR systems, including deployment of “Future Ready” HR digital assistant-Key contributor for HR Services Business transformation and change/localisation It would be nice if you have:-Understanding of Vodafone’s EVO System and processes across all HR functions-Knowledge of Vodafone Cross Functional global and local technical system architecture including integrations-Experience in Cloud projects / programmes in international & multicultural environment-Ability to translate customer engagements needs into technical requirements-Deep understanding of integration architecture and patterns and experience and expertise of Success Factors What’s in it for you?-28 days holiday (with the option to buy or sell 5 days) plus public holidays-Flexible working-Pension matching scheme of up to 10%-5 paid days leave for charity projects-MyChoices portal - cycle to work scheme, 100’sof retail discounts, shares and salary sacrifice schemes-Vodafone family and friends discount-Interest free commuter loan #groupresourcing#LI-BJ1
