After several recent acquisitions, they have a new of new business units that needs to brought inline with standard company HR policy across the board.DescriptionThe HR Advisor- Projects & Employee Engagement will have full responsibility for a number of HR projects across the EMEA and wider regions, mainly focused around employee engagement. There will be lots of collating data, analysis and process improvement. You may be asked to reach out to various providers on certain projects and understand more about their offerings and then present these to the HRD. There will also be an occasional element of advising line managers on correct HR process.
