HR Advisor - Employee Relations Your new company Are you immediately available? Do you have the ability to commit to a interim HR Advisory opportunity, working for a large NHS trust? Do you have strong employee relations and complex case management experience? This fast paced NHS trust are seeking x2 HR professionals to join there central HR function to support with an increase workload and other HR project's, inclusive of TUPE in and out and organisational design projects. Your new role The post-holder will work as part of the Workforce Advice Team, providing high quality and timely advice to managers and staff about terms and conditions of employment and Workforce policies. They will support managers to effectively manage a wide range of employment issues, including attendance, performance, grievances, disciplinary investigations and workplace conflict. The post-holder will also be responsible for the review and development of a number of Workforce policies, ensuring that they reflect current legislation and best practice in people management; and that there are supporting resources (e.g. Frequently Asked Questions, tool kits, templates) to aid managers in implementation. Proactively support and advise managers on employee relations cases including sickness absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and workplace conflict. You will also support with a large TUPE project working alongside other team members.
