HR Advisor

Elevation HR are currently working with a highly ambitious leading service business in the South Yorkshire region who are looking for a HR Advisor to add to their existing HR function. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join this business at a time of growth. Working as part of a wider HR team your remit will be to support key areas of the business, operating as a full HR generalist, working closely with your stakeholders to support them in all areas of ER and general HR & people related matters. As a HR professional, you will be the key stakeholder support for teams and sites ensuring team cohesion and development. You will guide and support your key stakeholders offering advice on a wide range of topics and initiatives. Working closely with the wider HR team to support the business using your knowledge of UK employment law, policy and process you will provide guidance on a broad range of people related activities and project implementation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a HR Advisor level with a working knowledge of UK employment law, policy and process. You will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder influence and management though successful communication and approach. You will have achieved CIPD Level 5 and have experience working in a fast paced multi site environment. The role will require some travel and occasional overnight stays as covid restrictions ease.
