The role will be based at their Bolton site. Strong likelihood of a permanent opportunity so this would be a fantastic move for your HR career!DescriptionThe key responsibilities for the HR Advisor are supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, handling queries, providing advice and guidance on policies and procedures, handling employee relations casework including disciplinary and grievance, completing payroll and benefit administration, handling queries and liaising with external providers, supporting with compliance activities and various projects. The role is based in Bolton.
