HR AdvisorFind out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.- Employee Relations- Remote/Bristol- 9 Month Contract- £145 Per Day- Umbrella/PAYE The Company A leading telecoms company based in Bristol is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist for an initial 9 month contract.The Role This position will be working in partnership with line management and across HR to deliver an exceptional customer experience across the people policies supported.In doing this, you'll always be mindful of the employee experience and make sure our people are treated fairly and consistently during what can be difficult times.Responsibilities You will be managing a range of complex cases, offering expert advice and brilliant solutions to these cases, and managing them to the most appropriate resolution within a timely manner.You will be developing and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders and relevant key contacts across the business and UK case management.You will be proactive in the development and delivery of continuous improvement programs (such as training), in support of equipping business leaders and line managers with the capability to improve the employee experience.You will be challenging business leaders and line managers who do not meet my expectations, through in the moment feedback and escalations.You will be knowledgeable of employment law and the ACAS codes that underpin policies, seeking advice as appropriate.You will be minimising any risk of employment tribunals and impact to our brand by calling out any poor practice in the moment.Experience Required Strong influencing skills required for internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences Business acumen: Understand the business / unit strategy and the drivers of organisational performance that link to employee engagement and effectiveness.Skilled negotiator with the ability to build trusted relationships to whilst driving the business strategy Development of employee engagement material Requires a high level of knowledge in a core HR speciality i.e.ER.Requires the ability to prioritise and organise competing demands A CIPD qualification or willingness to undertake would be beneficial.If the above sounds like you then please apply now for immediate consideration Spring Technology acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.The Spring Group UK is an Equal Opportunities Employer.By applying for this role your details will be submitted to Spring.Our Candidate Privacy Information Statement explaining how we will use your information is available on our website.
