Our business currently has an opportunity for a 'Help Desk Administrator' to join our team within our HealthCare division, on a fulltime FTC basis. Key responsibilities would be:Taking calls relating to faulty medical equipment from hospitals.Logging and allocating repairs for engineers.Logging all requests into internal systems.Calling external engineers for urgent requests.Acting as admin support for the team.Essential skills/experience:Customer service experience due to the nature of calls. Desirable skills/experience:Knowledge of healthcare / medical terminology
