Heating (AWHP) Sales Executive

Our client, a globally recognised manufacturer of leading Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales professional to join their team in the UK.Duties & Responsibilities:Develop a relationship with the heating wholesalersPrepare and execute commercial contracts with each of themCoordinate the launch of new AWHP (Air to Water Heat Pump) products with each buying accountOrganise eventsVisit the point of salesNegotiate and manage the sales campaignsDevelop a direct relationship with the top installers of each wholesaler partnerPlan, implement and follow up the annual AWHP marketing plan for the heating wholesaler channel with the AS Marketing DepartmentDevelop a channel to market via the traditional heating sales route for the development of AWHP businessCandidate Requirements:Ideally located in the South East of England5-10 years in the sales and application of AWHPAWHP system knowledge, HVAC industry experienceUnderstanding hydronic cycle for heatingTechnical understanding of the design, installation and working of a hydronic heating systemUnderstanding of the general market conditions which enable the sale of AWHPExcellent communication skills, sales-oriented, performance-drivenPackage / Offer:Basic Salary - Negotiable (dependent on experience)Bonus - CompetitiveAdditional Benefits - Pension, Healthcare, Insurances, Company Car, plus many more
