Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Dudley.The client is a well-known distributor of various products including high-end furniture. We are looking for flexible and reliable handyman/caretaker who will be responsible for the general maintenance work and repairs relating to the building. Job duties: General and garden upkeep of building and groundsPainting and decoratingAssembly of furniture (i.e. shelves)RepairsAdhering to health and safety procedures This role requires for somebody to complete 20 hours per week, which at the moment can be negotiated upon successful interview. In addition to this, the hourly pay rate will also be negotiated. The location of this work is easily commuted from Stourbridge, Kingswinford, Dudley and Brierley Hill.
