Handyman TEMP roleRuncorn£96 - £103 a dayMainstay have an opportunity for a Handyman for a residential contract in the Runcorn area. This role will be completing general maintenance tasks across an apartment block and has the potential to turn into further work across other sites for the right candidate.Role * Handyman covering site in Runcorn * General carpentry, door fixing, tiling, Painting and maintenance tasks. * As Handyman you will be doing mainly planned worked completing jobs that have booked by the client to complete * You will ensure that all jobs are completed to a high standard and within the given time frame. * You will be responsible for ensure the Health and safety is followed when completing all jobs.Company * A Facilities Management firm looking after both residential and commercial sites.Candidate * City and guilds or NVQ in site carpentry an advantage * Previous experience within a similar environment an advantage with FM service provider background * Strong work ethic and desire to progress and build on existing experience. * Must be able to work on their own to complete tasks. * Excellent customer facing skills. * Good communication both verbal and written. * Full UK drivers’ license
