Gas Electrical Services Manager (Maintenance)Acting on behalf of our client you will be responsible for the for the delivery of custom focused gas and electrical services, organising and coordinating schedules of work across maintenance and compliance workstreams.You will be overseeing subcontractor to ensure high levels of performance, productivity, quality and cost effective services aligned to our clients values.You will be accepted to lead the team to undertake high quality gas compliance, servicing, repairs and installations, making sure compliance within gas policies and procedures are implemented.You will also be the first port of contact for electrical compliance, including electrical testing, inspection and repairs as well as remedial works.As the primary port of contact for Gas Safe and NICEIC registration ensuring works are being carried out in line with legislation of maintenance works and the assisting of in house training to both contractors and staff where required with professional relevant bodies to electrical and gas safety.Additional Duties:- * Health safety Management * Monitor, forecasting budgetary of finical performance for your service * Customer Complaints, contractual disputes or issues are investigated and acted upon quicklyQualifications:- * HNC/HND level qualification in building services area * A relevant heating and gas qualification – knowledge of gas safety and compliance work * Knowledge understanding of electrical compliance in a housing maintenance environment * A relevant health safety qualification including CDM regulations and compliance relating to gas and electrical services * Basic DBSShould you hold the above experience and qualifications please submit your CV as soon as possible or for further details please contact a member of the construction teamRole: Gas & Electrical Services Manager (Maintenance) Job Type: ContractLocation: DH1, County Durham, Apply for this job now.
