Domestic Gas Engineer – HalifaxDomestic Gas Engineer required for my client, an established and growing Heating Contractor based in Yorkshire and they are all about quality over quantity!My client is seeking an experience Breakdown Engineer with excellent fault finding and diagnostic ability. Within the role you will be tasked with 5-7 jobs per day and will be given the luxury of taking your time with breakdowns. Your first site will be no further than 30 minutes from home and your last job will be the same!You will cover private housing sites. The company work with an array of insurance firms and letting agents, covering their policy holders. You will carry out repair works on a range of manufacturer boilers and should have strong electrical knowledge including the ability to test electrical components. They can also offer training on this!There is a call out rota covering only 2 days a month and luckily anything plumbing related, the plumbers are sent out for. This means that the Gas Engineers often only get 4 or 5 call outs a year.
