Role: 1st Line SupportLocation: Wilmslow Salary: £20-25kFJR Technology is exclusively recruiting a 1st Line Support Analyst for a Cheshire based business.Despite the current situation will Covid-19 the business continues to remain a strong and stable organisation, experiencing growth in every division.What does the role entail?You will take responsibility for responding to ticket raised for both Head Office and regional sites, escalating to the relevant teams where necessary.You will resolve technical support queries, application, and services across all sites; including end-user computing.
