We have an excellent opportunity available for Field Compliance Manager to join the team on a Maternity Cover contract.Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, the main focus of this role is to ensure compliance and adherence to field engineer policies and procedures whilst delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a safety first culture. As a Field Compliance Manager, you will: Ensure the compliance of business/private mileage and reporting. Enforce HHT Compliance, ensuring timely updates from engineers computer terminals to maximise capacity and have an accurate account of field resource. Maintain a Subcontractor database of qualifications, liability, costs & contracts. Vehicle Tracker Efficiency. Ensure daily engineer compliance in button pressing on the HHT (Hand Held Terminal) unit. Ensure jobs are closed down once completed by the engineer. Ensure compliance by engineers when logging on and off shifts. Validation of engineers business/private mileage claims for tax reporting. Report on equipment failure HHT units and tracker outages. Check fuel card transactions to ensure compliance. Collaborate closely with In-Day Planning to identify downtime or overrunning engineers. Work closely with Field Logistics to resolve tracker and fuel card issues. Maintain and monitor subcontractor database, recording qualifications, public liability, contracts, costs etc. Riddor/Gas Safe Reporting, monitor reports and actions required for timely resolution. Ensure Engineers Qualifications are maintained in a timely fashion. Report any issues which may not conform to agreed process to Field Team Mangers/Operations Team. Data collation and presentation of findings to Operations Team. Maintain FFIQ (Field Force IQ) & utilise for compliance reporting. Knowledge, skills and experience required: The job holder must have experience / knowledge of compliance & adherence to policies and procedures and be able to collate and present data to validate their findings. The ability to use Microsoft Office or similar platform to analyse and present data so that factual conclusions can be gained. In addition the job holder must be a good communicator, both verbally and written. This role requires the job holder to be a team player who thrives on engaging with others to obtain results. Focus on delivering first class customer service is essential as well as a passion to supporting and developing team members to aid performance improvement.
