LAW Absolute is currently recruiting for a Family Head of Department to join a Legal 500 law firm on a permanent basis. The role will be based in Surrey. The successful candidate will have a chance to manage a caseload of private family matters such as divorce, financial provision, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation, domestic violence, Children Act and separation agreements. In addition to managing your caseload, you will be leading the way on the development of the department. The ideal candidate must be a Senior Family Solicitor or a Partner with a proven track record of strong business development.
