Facilities Coordinator

Our client based in Rotherham since the 1960’s is now looking for a Facilities Coordinator. You will be working closely with the Site Manager to maintain the premises organise the daily running of the factory from maintenance to site visitors.Main responsibilities * Develop and maintain successful working relationships with key customers * Management of reactive and planned maintenance jobs and updating maintenance schedules * Engineer Diary management - coordinating and supporting them on jobs with the information from the client * Liaising with vendors and placing purchase orders for materials/equipment * Providing support on all projects including travel bookings, vehicle hire, security and equipment hire * Managing the data and KPI’s for key customers including the administration of facilities project plans and task tracking * Assist with the collation and management of all Health & Safety documentation and on-site job reports * General office administration – answering calls, greeting guests, filing, data input, printing drawings, processing internal mail, ordering sundry/consumable items & arranging couriers etc.Competencies and qualificationsTraining will be given in Company specific procedures and job specifics. The successful candidate will be able to work without supervision but be able to seek support and advice when necessary. Good employment references are essential, and experience working in a similar role within an engineering environment will be advantageous
