Job Purpose:Promote GSK brands to Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants.Implementation and control of all activities planned in their specific areas in order to impact HCP´s for their recommendation.Key Responsibilities:Train and promote use of the Pharmacy GSK commercialized portfolio according to cycle plan priorities.Manage training call model through efficient use of CLM and materials provided for the call.Plan and organize routes in order to implement the training plan of the area, using face to face or remote call approach.Organize webinars aimed to achieve coverage target.Work in synergy with pharmacy reps of the area to improve promotion impact of our brands in targeted customers.Accurate reporting of daily activity in Veeva.Support training needs in Para-Pharmacies and MM customers.Support internal product training needs for new joiners.Participate in congresses and other events.Requirements:University degree+1 year commercial experience.Analytical skills.Planning and organization.Goals oriented.Communication and negotiation.Customer focused.Building relationships.Team working.Flexible thinking.Continuous improvement.GSK Expectations:Set Direction & InspireWork across boundariesRelease EnergyDevelop Capability & TalentDrive PerformanceLive our ValuesGSK is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
