Joining a highly respected commercial interior design company, your career will be in excellent hands.This standout commercial interior design & building contractor, are looking to hire an Estimator due to business expansion in the South West! Ideally, we seek someone with two years’ experience as an Estimator and a good knowledge and understanding of the construction or fit-out industries!The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive accurate estimating of new project enquiries enabling compliant tender bids for the company. You will be working on projects from £20k up to £1million!The working hours are 40 hours, from Monday to Friday. The annual salary is £28,000 - £37,000 PA depending on experience.The organisation prides itself on its exceptional service, and through innovation and customer satisfaction, they have a large and varied clientele. They now require an estimator to provide accurate tender estimates and have input into tender responses with the sales team. You will work in a close-knit team, sharing knowledge and expertise within your field and work on various projects within a niche sectorKey Responsibilities: * Assist with the estimation and quotations of new projects! * Update industry standard rates and compare with existing costing strategy. * Input into tender responses with the sales team. * Produce accurate tender estimates based on available information.Experience, attributes & skills sought:An experienced Estimator.Industry experience and knowledge within the building trade sector.An understanding of the construction or fit-out industries.Car Driver.Professional, confident and charismatic representing the brand well at all times.In return, you will benefit from: 1.
