The Estimator should: Have experience/knowledge of cladding/render (essential)Have strong maths skills (essential)Have knowledge of experience/knowledge of external walls systems, SFS cladding (preferable)Have a relevant qualification (preferable)Be highly organisedHave good analytical skillsBe detail orientedGood communication skills - both verbal & written Daily duties may include: Calculating how much a proposed project will costResearching prices and collecting quotes from suppliers and subcontractorsMonitoring inflation and exchange ratesChecking the client's requirementsKeeping an eye on projects to make sure costs stay in line with forecastsDrawing up detailed and accurate price lists for everything needed on a construction projectConsidering risk assessments and health and safety requirements For more information please get in touch or apply below.
