Department: Estates and FacilitiesSalary: , to ,(The point of entry will be dependent upon relevant qualifications and experience)Reporting to: Head of Estates and FacilitiesLocation: Newport, Shropshire (Campus based)Closing Date: August The Estates Administrator will provide administrative support to the Estates and Facilities team who a responsible for a varied range of services to the University including housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, new buildings, security, portering and postal services. The role requires an efficient, professional and customer focused individual who is able to work across the team as well as dealing with outside visitors, contractors and suppliers. The role will involve the raising of purchase orders and dealing with the processing of invoices as well as the usual clerical activities.
