My client who operate within the renewable energy sector are keen to recruit an enthusiastic, confident customer service administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the sector or who wants to develop their customer service experience in a fast paced role. We are very open to you background and experience as long as you are able to speak confidently and professionally on the phone with both customers and stakeholders. Salary on offer circa: £18,000 there is potential scope for more but this will depend upon experience  Duties:  - be first point of contact for all inbound calls and liaise with customers in a polite and professional manner - support engineers in coordinating their diaries and planning their routes - logging all client communication and services required onto internal system - ensuring all work carried out is to client satisfaction and where necessary, complaint handling  - providing admin support to operations department  If you are keen to be considered for this role apply today for immediate consideration!
