This company offers a fantastic career with progression and a rewarding career.The Person: * Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory position. * Experienced in a manufacturing / engineering environment. * NVQ / HNC trained. * Adaptable, Ambitious, Motivated and Dedicated.The Role: * Setting of tasks for Operators / Assembly technicians. * Setting of KPI's. * Providing support to your team when needed. * Handling staff issues / Disciplinarians. * Ensuring production orders are completed on time. * Ensuring the team is adhering to H&S standards.This role is working a 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights) shift pattern, paying a package of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
