As the Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for site electrical maintenance work and supporting the existing maintenance team and the ongoing projects there.This role is a busy and varied role with a mix of hands-on and hands-off. Good knowledge of Electrical Maintenance, Controls and Instrumentation is essential and experience within a Chemical, Process or High Hazard environment would be desirable.General duties include: * PPM scheduling and planning and team organization * Man management, ensuring the department is running smoothly and effectively * Calibration, Controls and Instrumentation checks and sign-offs * Compliance, Audit and regulatory checks * Supporting the site Engineering strategy and the Engineering Manager * General hands-on Electrical maintenance as and when requiredThe ideal candidate will have worked in a supervisory or management capacity before and poses a good electrical skillset.This role is a Day Shift position with additional call-out requirements as needed.
